Mask-wearing policies
Staff & attendees have the option to wear masks or full face shields per Montgomery County requirements. We respect your decision and urge you to stay home if you are feeling unwell.
Ventilation system
Our studio is well ventilated and spacious with 2 studios to keep classes limited in size and to provide a variety of class options at peak hours. Doors are kept open as weather permits. We use UV lighting and hepa filtration to improve air circulation and sterile conditions.
Extra sanitation
UV lighting has been installed in the HVAC system and Hepa filtration units in both studios. All equipment and high touch surfaces are deep cleaned before & after class. Disinfecting & sanitizing wipes & sprays are provided at each station.
Limited capacity
Class size is limited to 12 people
