Montana's workouts will kick your butt! She has he workout well planned and very challenging. However, you do need to be at a more intermediate level to get the most out of this class - there are a lot of weight lifting moves that require you to already be familiar with the general form.

Such a tough workout! Really good weights and body weight strength movement at an intensity level to make you sweat. Go at your own pace but challenging exercises to keep you pushing.

This was awesome! Great mix of strength rotated with cardio.

No one was there when I showed up at 6:45pm and the building lights were off. I stayed until 7pm and still no one showed. I will not book this place again.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
