Hunger in the Wild is a strength and conditioning community based in Dallas, Texas. Hunger in the Wild group training is the perfect fit for any individual who prefers working out in a group setting. They utilize a wide variety of proven methods in every workout, creating a fun and effective training system that’s guaranteed to deliver results.

The parking lot is located in the back of the building. Enter through the side door located in the courtyard and take the stairs through the first door on your left.

This is an excellent class for strength training. The instructor, Michelle, allowed me to work at my own pace. I pushed but I did not feel pressured beyond my ability. only downside: I'd reccomend going early, as there is no air conditioning. I was sweating like crazy at 5:30 am. I'd like to think it was the work out alone but I think if you're not use to working out in non air conditioned buildings, this can be a little shocking, especially in Texas. It's in the same building as crossfit; just go downstairs. I'll definitely be back!

The workout was good, I didnt realize it was a CrossFit class though.

Thanks for the feed back and I apologize for the confusion. The Hunger in the Wild classes are actually not "Crossfit" affiliated classes. While we do share a building with a current Crossfit gym (Crossfit Heat). We (Hunger in the Wild) are not at all associated with "Crossfit". The two gyms coexist under one roof but operate independently. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we hope to see you back soon.
Strength and Conditioning
Kyle gives a lot of personal attention and the classes are small. The workouts are brutal but varied and interesting.

Olympic Weightlifting (1 year of olympic weightlifting experience required)
Great atmosphere, music gets you pumped up. Kyle and Michele are super fun and encouraging coaches. Very knowledgeable about the lifts and technique.
