How to prepare

You'll want to wear well fitting workout wear that won't slip off when your bouncing! Besides that, House of Air requires each jumper to wear their trampoline socks so bring $2!!!!! You'll want a water. Air Conditioning is a high intensity, instructor-led workout class. To take this class you should be in good cardiovascular health. If you have any concerns before taking an Air Conditioning class, we recommend consulting a doctor! You cannot be late to class, if you are later than 10 min into class, you cannot join!

The class was not only a good workout but also surprisingly fun. Def the most fun I've had working out in a long time.

THIS CLASS IS SO MUCH FUN!! The instructor went over proper form and gave a bunch of directions so you know you were doing everything correctly. Then we hit cardio, strength, then a combo of the two. This class was a PARTY! I got a great sweat in and had a BLAST! I literally caught myself smiley throughout class. Cant say enough good things about this class or instructor. SOOO GOOD!!!

What is ClassPass?
