Funnest workout I’ve had in a while
Air Conditioning Workout
Jess is still figuring out her teaching style. The class is clearly organized, but the execution is sporadic, it feels like all the preparation is forgotten in front of a crowd. I also feel for the people who haven't taken the class before. There are no clear instructions or direction on how you properly execute the different movements, if I hadn't been to the class many times I would have been lost. There are also no modifications, this class specifically we were doing the most advanced movements right off the bat vs warming up to it, or given the lesser advanced options. Finally moves (such as quick stopping) were not only not explained, but they were not demonstrated by the instructor properly. I love this class, but it's going through some growing pains right now.

I enjoyed this class. I would’ve liked if the structure was explained in advance as it sometimes felt like we were haphazardly jumping into exercises.

Being the only participant that day, the instructor allowed me to customize the workout. Since it was my first time, I asked her to do it normally, and it was great! Nora was friendly, and the class was fun and as challenging as you want to make it!

How to prepare

You'll want to wear well fitting workout wear that won't slip off when your bouncing! Besides that, House of Air requires each jumper to wear their trampoline socks so bring $2!!!!! You'll want a water. Air Conditioning is a high intensity, instructor-led workout class. To take this class you should be in good cardiovascular health. If you have any concerns before taking an Air Conditioning class, we recommend consulting a doctor! You cannot be late to class, if you are later than 10 min into class, you cannot join!
