HIIT the Mitt offers 2 services: 1) 1:1 mitt work for those looking to get cut & fit while learning a badass new skill. 2) Outdoor HIIT classes in various SF parks. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio Kickboxing is an alternative to 1:1 mitt work, for those looking for an intense cardio + strength training total body workout, without the cost of 1:1 personalized training. How to prepare
Please wear clothing you are comfortable getting dirty in. Bring: - Water - Towel (optional) - Gloves (optional). If you don't have gloves, you can use the class provided shared gloves (gross, I know!)

Within the park, look for the flat patch of land with kickboxing equipment or call 415.580.9154 once you arrive at the park
