The HIIT London coaches are well known as the “Transformation Specialists in London” providing high-quality workouts that motivate and support clients to achieve their goals through exercise and lifestyle changes. HIIT London is a 45 minute workout inspired through the sport MMA - Mixed Martial Arts. The classes incorporate MMA Strength and Conditioning methods to help produce that strong lean physique whilst done in a HIIT style. HIIT London operates with complete honesty and transparency. They use only safe training techniques and advocate only a healthy and balance diet – with no “crash” and unsafe diet changes. They promote a fun and comfortable environment. How to prepare
Please bring with you bottled water and a small towel for the HIIT London studio sessions. For the outdoor HIIT London boot camp sessions, depending on the time of the year please bring extra layers in the winter months and also light breathable sports clothes in the summer months. It is important that you show up to your class well hydrated and fueled. Try to eat at least two hours before your session, not right before.
How to get there
The HIIT London boot camp at Shoreditch Park please meet at the entrance to the park, at the junction with New N Rd and Poole Street which is directly opposite Gainsborough Studios. The HIIT London boot camp sessions held at Highbury Fields, please meet at the entrance to the park, at the junction with Highbury Cres and Highbury Terrace. The HIIT London boot camp sessions held at London Bridge (Mint Street Park), please meet our trainer (James) near the outdoor football pitches.
