Super welcoming front desk. She has be sign in and do paperwork, and then gave me a tour of the facilities. There is not separate locker room for men and women, in case that bothers you. But there are 2 shower areas you can change in. The work out is challenging. Half of the time you are on a treadmill, other half is strength training.

It was a good workout and the instructor was clear in her instruction. She did have us pair up for part of the workout, and I prefer to do an independent workout and not not have to worry about anyone else. Got me sweating though!

Whether you’re just starting out, have taken a hiatus, or looking for a new way to go full throttle, HIIT Lab will push and motivate you. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. It’s a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. #winning

How to prepare

Hydration is essential! Whether you have the latest quadruple-walled titanium water bottle or prefer the convenience of buying a cold bottle of Essentia Water at the studio. Please enjoy HIIT Lab's free towel service. Their lockers have digital locks and they suggest sporting comfortable athletic shoes, a tee or tank on top and shorts or form-fitting pants on the bottom.

How to get there

TONS of parking! Park in the lot (surrounds entire building) or there are a few spots right in front along the street.

What is ClassPass?
