About this studio

This is a 45-minute functional workout, set in a team environment with a huge emphasis on three key factors: motivation, innovation and results. The studio offers 27 customized training systems, unique circuit movement patterns, a variety of different timing modules, and over 2500 exercises, all delivered seamlessly from Australia through an advanced technological system. A primary algorithm ensures maximum muscle confusion, guarantees that every part of your body is worked and that no two workouts are ever the same.

How to prepare

Please show up 10 minutes early to class. You will sign a waiver upon arrival for your first class. Wear athletic clothing and footwear. The studio has private shower rooms available to use.

How to get there

HIIT Circuit Training Bethesda is located on Auburn ave, off of Old Georgetown. There is metered street parking in front of the gym and there is a public garage one block away.

Joanne is my fave instructor! she’s motivating which really counts during these workouts. Athletica is cardio-based so be prepared to work hard and sweat!
Romans with Celebrity
Workout itself was great and challenging. As a first timer the flow of stations was very confusing and I kept having to ask the person next to me questions which felt annoying. Also this class was so packed there was no space for me to do all of the warm-up moves. The instructor was a guest and she was super nice although wish she had given me more explanation of how the stations would work. I recommend this workout for people who are not new to strength or HIIT training.
