About this studio
High on Yoga founder, Daria Wawrzynska, is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Level I & II with bags of enthusiasm and joy. She has shared the teachings of Yogi Bhajan both in the UK and abroad. She has been practicing various types of yoga for many years, but the discovery of Kundalini Yoga brought her back home, to her true self. High on Yoga is grateful to see on a daily basis how Kundalini Yoga liberates, elevates, makes others stronger, more courageous and alive. Come and join Daria on the mat to experience it yourself!

How to prepare
The studio is well equipped with yoga mats and blankets however you are welcome to bring your own kit. Try to avoid eating heavy meals within two hours before the class. Wear loose, comfortable clothing (preferably white). Inform the teacher about all medical conditions before the class. And the most importantly, open your mind and heart for a new experience.
