Beginners' Class
Wonderful community and extremely welcoming of newcomers. If you are at all curious about aikido, you will not regret checking out this friendly corner of San Francisco.
Beginning Aikido Class
Very insightful introduction. The instructor and the other advanced students were very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend if you are interested in learning more about Aikido.
Beginning Aikido Class
Ken was so helpful and explained a lot of the background of the moves we were doing and how it relates to a kind of life philosophy that he's adapted from Aikido. The class is small, but the students and community are very welcoming and even took time to let me know that women (such as myself) are definitely welcome despite the lack of women during my particular class.
Beginning Aikido Class
Wonderful teacher, great introduction
Beginning Aikido Class
The instructor was wonderful and very informative however this is more of a principle's of Aikido class rather than a true work out. It's great to go to in order to gain more knowledge and the most advanced you get the more active you are. They offer a free month to get more into the rhythm of things.
Aiki Principles
Great class- very good paced for beginners and not rushed at all. Penny is very patient and attentive. Looking forward to learning more of this beautiful art.
Aiki Principles
This class was super fun! All the people were very nice and the teaching was great. It was less aggressive than other aikido classes I've taken, there was no throwing people around. Just going through holds and things mostly.
