I understand the business wants to hit max capacity, but when class is this full it’s hard for me to tune in and feel my best. Love this class and this studio and will continue to come. Would just love a littleeeee more space between the mats (: thank you!

see all reviewsTough! Probably because this is classpass or maybe i missed something? -i saw the class/studio description about pilates and it read something about ‘did you know pilates can re-shape your butt’/etc. so i assumed the class would have at least some bum and legs involved but it was only abs and a few arm things. Great for people who want to work abs intensely-not my case. It’d be nice to know which classes/teachers focus on what for next time!

see all reviewsJill is fantastic. I only took one class from her and I absolutely will come back for more! I am a physical therapist/pilates instructor and Jill’s instruction is so ON-POINT! She is not pushy nor judgey even though you seem to be a newbie showing up in a level II-III class, but also being super encouraging to let you try some advanced moves with SAFE and DETAILED cueing. Her vinyasa class is not fancy but grounded for all the essential motor control tiny little drills. Score 300/100. Definitely will recommend all my yogi patients to here for Jill.

see all reviewsHave been looking for advanced asana on the east side for a while and was honestly excited by the one star review complaining this class was too hard haha. Unfortunately this wasn’t advanced asana but it was a good 75 minute class. Class was about 45-50 minutes of a well structured vinyasa. 15-20 minutes of guided handstand practice against the wall, and then a cool down. I’m sure I’ll be back again as the teacher was very solid, but sadly the hunt for an asana class that offers opportunities to practice stronger variations of asana continues.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. The heated room felt great on a cold rainy day. It too hot but take water and a towel you will sweat!! The slow flow was the right place for me I cannot move fast due to a back issue. The studio is a little confusing as no greeter and I wasn’t sure if I could enter the studio. The teacher did not introduce herself or let us know that we could go into the studio which has the door shut to keep the heat in. I just followed another student….?

I struggle a lot with my back and back flexibility / strength so I appreciate that this class picked a back targeted pose (camel) that we really worked towards and built up to! There were many times I didn’t know what we were doing. Or she’d assume because we did it on one side, then we’d know the other side and we weren’t in the right position. She is new to the studio and she was confused with some people being on one side and it being on the left side while the people on the other side were on their right. She put our equipment away which was great. And she definitely had a challenging and fun full body , good Pilates class!
