About this studio

This studio is currently on hold as they move locations. Please be sure to check back with them in the near future! Classes are dedicated to teaching all ages the values of discipline, respect, concentration, and self confidence along with strength training, coordination, and self defense. All classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities. The classes are tailored to each members needs. The family friendly atmosphere allows parents to bring small children with them to the studio so they can get in their workout. Please call if you have any questions or special circumstances.

How to prepare

Watches, earrings, rings and necklaces should not be worn. Remove all jewelry and articles that present a hazard to others. You may wear jewelry that can or should not be removed (i.e. new earrings) or that you feel strongly about not removing (i.e. wedding ring, religious icon) if they do not protrude. Please make sure to wear comfortable, athletic wear! Please be sure to bring water and a sweat towel.

How to get there

Harlem Tae Kwon Do is located at 236 W. 116th Street in Harlem, between Frederick Douglass and Adam Clayton Powell Blvds. It is on the second floor above the C-Town Supermarket.
