So definitely not worth six credits...I would pay 4 maybe 5 max for this class. It was circuit style which I liked but we did squats and chest press where we were spotting each other in groups of 3 which involved a lot of waiting and slowed the momentum of the workout. I was also hoping for some cardio which there was none outside of a very brief warm up but maybe that was a misguided expectation on my part. Didn’t even break a sweat. Overall OKAY class.
