About this studio

Hardpressed Conditioning is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, which is a cardiovascular exercise strategy implementing short intense cardiovascular sprint intervals with maximal effort, followed by short periods of rest. HIIT is an efficient and effective workout strategy, achieving innumerable health benefits, including increasing aerobic capacity, decreasing body fat, and raising metabolic rate. These workouts will achieve the same health benefits as a one-hour workout class in half the time, due to its fast-paced, high intensity program design. Their coaches incorporate a variety of equipment, ensuring workouts are creative and engaging. They will motivate and challenge you throughout the whole class, while monitoring proper exercise form. All levels welcome.

How to prepare

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your class and always wear proper footwear for training. The studio also provides showers, towels, and keypad lockers; as well as pre/post energy and protein drinks/bars and water for purchase.

How to get there

Hardpressed is located on Michigan Avenue just south of Wacker Drive. We are in the same building as ATI Physical Therapy. When you enter, take the elevator to the third floor.
