About this studio

Life’s too short to spend all day in the gym. Hardpressed Strength & Conditioning is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) studio that provides the most efficient workout regimen available. Thanks to our high-intensity workout design and expert trainers, Hardpressed's 30- and 45-minute classes achieve the same health benefits as a much longer workout. We keep the sessions creative and engaging, while our commitment to simple movements and careful oversight means you won’t get overwhelmed or hurt. At Hardpressed, we welcome hardworkers of all stripes, whether exercise newbies or veteran athletes, into an inclusive environment centered around effort and camaraderie.

How to prepare

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early for your class and always wear proper footwear for training. The studio also provides showers, towels, and keypad lockers; as well as pre/post energy and protein drinks/bars and water for purchase.

How to get there

Hardpressed is located on Michigan Avenue just south of Wacker Drive. We are in the same building as ATI Physical Therapy. When you enter, take the elevator to the third floor.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
