Really enjoyed this class -- it's a nice mix of strength training circuits, stretching, and some cardio. Some of the exercises were challenging, but Riki was relaxed and helpful. A great way to start off the day!

Cool course! Very chill space and music, instructor was super clear and helpful for me as a first-timer here. Went on Monday, when there's a focus on mobility. Felt challenged but also supported in being able to keep up.
