About this studio

A Group Training Collective. Giving you a unique combination of fresh, fun and motivating group training like you’ve never seen before; from HIIT to TRX, Yoga to Barre, and everything else in between. Step into a warm and inviting community of real people, ready to support, laugh and sweat with you. 095200081

How to prepare

Active wear and footwear. For Yoga, Barre, and Yoga HIIT, feel free to wear grippy socks or go barefoot. For Box HIIT, please BYO wraps or inners, or you can purchase them for $2 at reception. Boxing Gloves provided. All equipment needed for all classes (including Yoga Mats) are provided for you.....there's even cold scented face towels ready for you after a sweaty spin class . Please arrive 5-10 mins early for your first visit to sign a quick Health Check Waiver.

How to get there

Habitat For Fitness can be located at 52 Remuera Road, Newmarket, Auckland. TRAIN: We are right next door to the Newmarket Train Station. Mon - Fri PARKING: Times - Before 8:30am, and after 5:30pm Where - Allocated Habitat For Fitness spots at front & back of building + all Bayley's Real Estate parking at the front and back of building. Sat & Sun PARKING: Times - Business hours Saturday and Sunday Where - Allocated Habitat For Fitness spots at front & back of building + Bayley's Real Estate parking at back of building.

Great music for the Konga Class and a really good teacher! She made it fun, but also kept us working and sweating hard. Awesome ab routine towards the end aswell which you feel the burn from. Overall, really enjoyed the class! Only criticism would be how hot it was in the room, it felt like a sauna ????

Way more challenging than I thought it would be. It’s fun and works muscles that I usually don’t get on my usual training. Definitely a good addition!

Quick and challenging workout, maybe a little too quick. Could have been a bit longer, but I did enjoy it! Would definitely do it again.

Great class and teacher! Wouldn’t have minded if it was 60 min instead of 45.
Box HIIT with Sam
Good session to get you sweaty and warmed up for your workout. There isn’t much ventilation, so you really do get sweaty! Needs a little more guidance with the demo from the instructor sometimes though, with someone. Other than that, good class for beginners.

What is ClassPass?
