It’s my very first time here. And Dara was my trainer. The training is amazing! I nvr know fully about my body strength, my core, my weakness. Dara helped it and guide me through it and adjusting my posture and Taught me how to focus on my core. After work out I felt amazing and my standing posture also different now!! Will definitely come regularly

Great experience! Would come again! There was a short assessment on body posture and structure through a few simple exercises. Using that and personal exercising background, trainer will come up with a few personalised exercises. Through the class, I discovered a few of my bad postures/habits and ways to correct them. Also. The gym is only used for personal training so it will be less crowded compared to open gyms!

Dara is so sweet and willing to share her knowledge. She clearly really cares about her clients and their goals. The session was spent addressing the fundamentals of strength exercises and correcting problems I’ve been having for a while which probably prevent me from getting the most out of my workouts. She explains principles clearly and I feel there is so much more to learn! Will definitely be back.

Super thorough assessment before they started on the personal training and making sure form and posture was right was their utmost priority. Very professional and understanding and also taught me abt conditioning and how to roll out and release tension from muscles that were too stiff. Would recommend!

The instructor took time to access your posture and customise the training based on what you want to achieve! It was very informative and she will tell you what you are lacking at the moment and what you should work on daily!

This isn't one of those heavy lifting PT sessions at the gym- this includes a little physiotherapy as well. Dara accessed me at the start and created some exercises specifically to suit me. She taught me how to activate my core and other muscle groups correctly (which I had no idea I was doing it incorrectly all this time), practised certain exercises to help with it. Dara is also super patient and attentive; she definitely knows what she's doing! I'll be back for sure!!

The class is 1-1! So really full focus on helping you check your form, your posture. Exercises also that focuses on isolated muscle groups. Really useful!!! Thank you Dara (: love the foam rolling exercises you taught me too
