Glow & GO! studios are project of love & passion. Their mission is to spread happiness and health through yoga, fitness, mindful classes and workshops. Their gorgeous yoga room is heated 75-80F. NOTE: Spin, TRX, Kettlebell & ToughLove© classes located at GO! Cardio room - 1561 Powell St. To access all yoga, Barre, Kettlebell and TRX classes please book directly from our website using Mindbody, as classpass members can only see a limited schedule. 874-9141

How to prepare

Please bring a yoga mat to Yoga classes. Towel service or mat rental - $2. Yoga room is heated 75-80F, please bring a towel. Please always bring a water bottle to Spin - note GO! Cardio room location - 1561 Powell Street. Spin, TRX, Kettlebell & ToughLove© are held at GO! Cardio room - 1561 Powell St, block away from Glow Yoga. Please always check-in as you arrive - otherwise you will be charged missed fee by Classpass.

How to get there

Spin, TRX, Kettlebell, ToughLove classes take place at 1561 Powell Street (at Green) GO! Spin room, NOT on Stockton Street. Yoga, Barre classes - 1548 Stockton Street. There is an affordable Parking Garage one block from the studios - 735 Vallejo Street ($4/h)

Vinyasa Flow with Jason
I have a lot of respect for yoga teachers. Its not easy to teach! I respect Jason as a yoga teacher. That being said, this was not the class for me. I was surprised that there was absolutely no warm up at all before performing deep stretches and advanced postures. I have a very regular yoga practice and was able to modify my sequences, but this is not a class I recommend for beginners. Its extremely easy to injure yourself on cold muscles and attempting to throw yourself into advanced postures without understanding the proper alignment.
GO! Kettlebells with Lauren
Great class. Deceivingly challenging. Only complaint is that the music volume was too low, needs to be louder to zone out and get into the workout.

Decent class but shouldn't be as many credits as the nicer spin studios.
