Women's Only Boxing
I’m a complete newbie to working out. This is the second class I’ve taken in my life. And it’s absolutely worth it. People are kind and your anxieties are removed, as your concentration is purely on doing your best to your ability. Kindness was available all round and I’m grateful to the trainer and everyone else. He watches out for everyone and ensures that he’s not forgotten you.

Pretty intense environment - lots of the people in the class were clearly very experienced. However the instructor was good to take a few of us newbies aside and go over some basics at the beginning.

Not a class for those that used to the likes of KOBOX and Rebel... it’s proper boxing training, not cardio with a few punches. I worked hard, sweat a lot, but it’s definitely more for those that want to learn proper boxing skills. ClassPass says you only need to bring a towel, not true, you need to bring gloves. You don’t want to you the ones they have, trust me!

What is ClassPass?
