About this studio

Girl Fit Physical Therapy is dedicated to health, wellness, injury prevention, and providing girls and women of all ages with the tools to stay strong, fit, and achieve their dreams. Through physical therapy, injury prevention sessions, supervised exercise, and group fitness classes, Girl Fit Physical Therapy helps girls and women build their strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. LadyFit is a circuit style class specifically designed by a physical therapist to meet the strength and flexibility needs of women in a safe, fun, encouraging, and effective manner.

How to prepare

Please wear clothing that is comfortable to move and get sweaty in. We do have a water fountain outside the studio, but it's a good idea to bring a water bottle if you have one.

Great workout! Violet was upbeat and encouraging. It was a challenging but fun class and incorporated some good core, balance and hip strengthening exercises that are a perfect complement to a runner's workout routine or just anyone look for a good sweat in a welcoming environment.

What is ClassPass?
