About this studio

Get F.I.T. is a boutique training studio and group fitness room with highly specialized and experienced trainers focused on providing personal training in a small group class. Our Smart Group Fitness Classes are low impact full body circuits consisting of body weight, TRX, kettle bell and dumbbell exercises.
