Excellent lower body workout. Challenging and engaging. I would definitely recommend!

Great full body workout!!! Friendly, inviting staff, fun energetic instructor and the gym itself is clean and decorated. I was extremely impressed on my first visit. I will be back!!

This class was a dance class, kind of like hip-hop Zumba. High-energy and definitely worked up a sweat!
Group Strength - Cardio Core with Taylor
Did not feel like a group fitness class. There were personal training sessions going on while the group class was in session that blocked movements we were supposed to be doing. I’d prefer if the class was more organized and there was more instruction at the beginning. Felt more like a shared gym than a group effort - maybe okay for some people, just not my preference
