About this studio

Fugitive Fitness is the place to learn parkour in North Texas! Offering everything from parkour and Flips, to Olympic and powerlifting, to cross training and calisthenics. By combining many different types of movement into a whole-body workout, exercise has never been so fun. That's probably because they don't look at it like working out, they play! Functional Strength
Seemed disorganized, not a very good workout (scaled down to the lowest ability level in the class)
Response from the studio:
We're sorry you felt that way. The reason it may have seemed disorganized is that your group signed up for the Functional Strength class, but wanted to do the activities involved in the Foundations class. We accommodated your group as best we could to give you all a taste of the parkour aspect in the workout. Your group was also at our gym for your first time, and there was an obvious wide range of physical abilities among you all. As a matter of policy, we aren't going to destroy someone with a workout the first time we meet them. That would be irresponsible. As we explained at the time, the workout was designed to allow you to push yourself to your own level. As we get to know you, we'll feel more comfortable pushing you in the workouts. We hope you'll give it another shot.
Functional Strength
Chad is a very encouraging and patient instructor! I had a lot of fun while getting a good workout!
All Ages Parkour
Chad provided clear supportive instruction for a fun basic but very challenging workout. LOVE THIS PLACE.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
