FlyBarre is a fun, high-energy workout that quickly tones and strengthens muscles. We switch up our routines frequently, so although we always concentrate on arms, core, thighs, and glutes, we guarantee you won’t get bored. Let our expert instructors lead you through carefully crafted exercises that sculpt and strengthen — for visible results!

How to prepare

Late-Arrival Policy: users who arrive five minutes after class start time will not be permitted to enter class.

How to get there

Located in the Belvedere Arcade section of the "PRU", it is directly accessible from the E train which exits right into the Prudential Center. Please be sure to check-in to class prior to class time to avoid a no-show fee. This studio has four check-in options: Self check-in via Flywheel app Auto / geo check-in via Flywheel app Self check-in via studio tablet at the studio entrance Check in with Flywheel staff member at the front desk We also encourage you to download the Flywheel app to utilize the auto check-in feature. You can download the most updated version of the Flywheel app and follow the prompts to enable location and Bluetooth. Once complete, you’ll be automatically checked into class as soon as you enter the studio!

Classic 60 with Jane
Good workout! Jane is really easy to understand and follow (sometimes it can be hard to hear instructors with their audio equipment) and provided great instruction on each move.
Power 45 with Emma
Instructor wasnt as motivational as others and moved through the exercises too quickly. This is definitely a good class if youre more advanced but doesnt cater to those just starting out with Barre.

Stephanies workout is always 100%

Azure had great energy! The class was SUCH a good workout and the perfect amount of burn. Will definitely be back!

Love kaylee! Shes the best. Only comment about this studio - the college kids at the front desk could use a refresher on customer service. For example, when theres 4 of you sitting at the front desk and someone walks in or leaves, you should look up from your phones and conversations to at least say welcome or thank you have a nice day!

Arms & Abs with Leanne
Workout was great, the set up is meh. 4 showers, guys take forever to shower. Was like 10-15 min each guy. Crazy. Also my foot is now itching and red, probably going to turn into a fungus. Gross. If you dont have to shower/change there...highly recommend.
FlyBarre 60 with Kaylee
Kaylee is an awesome instructor. So nice and Very clear in her directions, this class was incredibly challenging
