Flowing Body Pilates offers small group(max 7) Reformer Pilates in Bloomsbury. They believe in creating efficient movement and taller posture by working on your strength, core, balance and flexibility Discover this very personal experience, a feeling of private tuition while still being in a class. You will get to work on your precision and alignment under the watchful eye of our expert trainers.

How to get there

The studio is a few minutes walk from Tottenham court road station as well as Holborn station. It is also well served by bus routes. We are located on the part of Streatham street where the Oxfam is located.

This was such a great dynamic class with lots of new interesting reformer exercises (not just the standard ones) love reformer classes that incorporate more then the basic movements which can get boring. the teacher was great and was super helpful with form and able to go around to everyone individually due to the small studio. Will be back!
