Mask-wearing policies
Per current CDC and DC guidance, masks are now optional in all of Flow's classes.
Ventilation system
We offer state of the art central air filtration - equipped with virus-killing UV lights & Merv-13 filters. We cycle all classroom air every 3 minutes. In addition, we use ultraquiet HEPA Filters throughout and keep windows open (for outdoor breezes) in all but our hot and warm yoga classes.
Extra sanitation
We use virus-killing (but human-safe) HOCL cleaner to disinfect ALL surfaces before & after EACH class.
