About this studio
The Fitwall program is a full body workout designed to fulfill all of your fitness needs. Every workout is a blend of strength, cardio and flexibility training. Each day of the week is a different workout delivering a well rounded program. We use technology to inspire, guide, monitor and track progress. We utilize our piece of equipment, the Fitwall, along with bodyweight drills, dumbbells, resistance bands and other tools to offer an effective, comprehensive, safe and fun workout. Every workout has a specifically curated custom music mix designed to push you further than you could go alone. All of our workouts are 40 minutes long. How to prepare
Please bring a water bottle. Sweat, bath and hand towels are provided. For your second class, Fitwall recommends that you purchase a heart rate strap for $10.80 (with tax), if you don't own one already. Parking is free and in the garage behind the studio. Complimentary chilled eucalyptus infused towels are given at the end of class!
How to get there
*Located on Speer Blvd. in the retail area of 2785 Speer Apartments. Free garage parking is available for all Fitwall visitors. Turn onto Alcott Street off of Speer Blvd. in between the two apartment buildings and you will see a sign that points towards the opening of the garage that says "Fitwall Parking." First timers: please arrive to class 15 minutes early to sign waiver, get comfortable with studio, and be introduced to the coach and Fitwall!
