Fitness By Sarah Taylor offers body positive fitness classes for women. These classes give you an opportunity to build your confidence and strength with Sarah Taylor and her team of amazing trainers. We focus on the Journey to Self Love - Body, Mind and Soul. Sarah is a certified personal trainer, plus size model, motivational speaker, blogger, and former Miss Plus Canada. See her class descriptions to find the right class for you and your fitness needs - from strength classes, to hip hop dance, to cardio and zumba classes. How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. For winter classes, please bring a pair of indoor shoes. There is a change room with a shower (please bring a towel for showers).

How to get there

The Fitness By Sarah Taylor Downtown classes are held at 693 Bloor Street West, Lower Level in Toronto, ON M6G 1L5. The entrance to the studio is located on Clinton street (corner of Bloor & Clinton - behind Clinton's Tavern - look for the purple door). You will checkin a the reception desk. Street Parking available on Bloor and surrounding streets including a Green P. There is also free parking on Barton and Shaw St. (right near Christie Park which is across the street). Christie Station is located across the street.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
