About this studio

Fitness 19 was founded in 2003 by fitness industry veterans who believed that the traditional health club model wasn’t meeting the needs of most people. They started Fitness 19 to give customers more of what they really want out of a fitness membership. The result is a simple fitness club concept – an extremely affordable, family-friendly facility that offers state-of-the-art cardio, strength, and free weight equipment. Ride and Rip
Instructor was great, fun workout, room was the side size of a closet though :(
Zumba
so much fun, super calorie-burner. most of the dances are salsa based, which I like.
Vinyasa Yoga
good class for beginners in terms of the pacing - more of a gentle vinyasa flow than I was looking for. that said, some of the poses were more advanced than you'd find in a beginners class. all in all, good for stretching, but missing the cardio component of a faster flow class.
Express Ride
Came to cycle. Arrived 15 mins early. No one at the front desk. No one in the group fitness room. 3 people in the gym total. If the class was canceled due to limited participation that should have been communicated

Super friendly instructor, I just thought the class was going to be different with the weighted sticks as pictured. Still a good workout though and made you sweat!
Restorative Yoga
I thought the class was nice and relaxing. The facility was really nice and the room was pretty large and spacious for everyone. The room was cold which I didnt like for yoga but overall great class and great instructor! Instructor was super nice and helpful
Wake Up Ride
It was a hard workout! Great music and individual help from instructor. Very small class.
