About this studio

FitLane is a boutique personalised group training fitness studio in Brighton, Victoria specialising in Whole Body Vibration Training on VibroGym machines. Research has proven that a 20 minute workout on the VibroGym, provides benefits equivalent to 1 hour of standard gym training. Whole Body Vibration Training provides wide reaching benefits ranging from improved fitness, reduced stress, improved circulation and balance, increased strength, flexibility and improved bone density. The workouts are designed with Whole Body Vibration Training as a foundation and complemented by TRX, ViPR, kettlebells, sandbags, barbells and more to maximise efficiency and deliver results.

FitLane classes

How to prepare

If you are new to FitLane, please arrive 10 minutes before your first session. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes and bring a towel and drink bottle.

How to get there

FitLane is located at Shop 1, 181 Bay Street, Brighton, near the corner of Cochrane Street. There is parking out front or on the side streets, parking is a two hour limit.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
