About this studio

FIT4MOM offers fitness classes for moms at every stage in their motherhood journey! Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre are stroller-based fitness programs for moms with little ones. Body Back is an eight-week transformation program focused on fitness with a heavy emphasis on nutrition for moms ready to get their body back after baby. And Strides 360 is a cardio-focused class- children in stroller optional! In addition to fitness, we offer Moms Nights Out, Family Classes, field trips, and weekly playdates. We meet at parks throughout Irvine and Tustin. Try us out and see what Fit4Mom is all about! How to prepare

Please bring water, towel or yoga mat/blanket, baby essentials including snacks and/or toys for your little one(s), comfortable walking/running shoes (both Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre are traveling classes), and any kind of stroller.

Stroller Strides
This was such a fun welcoming class. They give modifications for every fitness level and find ways to make the workout include your baby/child. Kids and babies fuss so if you’re worried about a meltdown, don’t be- everybody there has been through it and they are so supportive of each other. This is a great class to join if you’re trying to get in a workout but don’t want to leave your baby at home.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
