About this studio

Fit Parent Bootcamp offers stroller workouts designed by certified personal trainers for moms or dads. Each class is 60 minutes and incorporates a warm-up followed by cardio and strength training using a high intensity interval training (HIIT) format. Whether your goal is to lose the baby weight, train for a race, or simply stay in shape, their program and instructors will keep you motivated! Fit Parent Bootcamp provides a fun community atmosphere where parents can share stories and feel supported in their fitness journey. Classes take place at Campbell Park, Houge Park & Tiny Tots Parent Resource Center.

How to prepare

Please bring your stroller, yoga mat and water! Fit Parent Bootcamp will provide all other equipment. The only prerequisite for class is that you have a doctor's clearance after your 6 week postpartum check-up. Prenatal clients are also encouraged to attend, as long as they have received their doctor's permission.

How to get there

Fit Parent Bootcamp's locations vary throughout the week: Tuesday and Thursday at Campbell Park located at E. Campbell Ave. & Gilman Ave. - The class meets at the toddler playground Wednesday, Friday & Saturday- Houge Park located at Twilight Drive & White Oaks Ave. - The class meets at the basketball courts

What is ClassPass?
