Alle was a great instructor, made good adjustments and very encouraging. The class was as expected, but always disappointed that they have zero cool down or ending stretch.

Good workout, but I thought it a bit crazy that we get our heart rate jacked up so high and theres zero cool down or finishing stretch..seems to be a pattern in a handful of places in the class pass network.

Workout itself was great, but not the most welcoming place. If you dont know a new student, the instructor should get to know you - any injuries, level of comfort with all the exercises, etc. The instructor seemed to just assume that everyone does CrossFit all the time and would know how to do all the moves comfortably. I would come back because I loved the tough workout, and fortunately I am young and was fit enough to keep up okay, but in the future I think it would be beneficial if the instructor gave more of an introduction.

What is ClassPass?
