About this studio

Fit Body By Jessica classes are High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT), and weight strength training targeting upper and lower body. The group setting work out with between 5-15 people per class using body, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, jump ropes and Equalizer bars. It is for all level classes,and Jessica will teach you how to lift, and exercise in a proper form. Her class is very challenging for anybody who has been working out for a long time that they need a little boost. She will push you as hard you want to try. For the first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign the waiver form. Bring your water, and your happy energetic spirit.
