About this studio

The training facility involves cross training meaning all the workouts vary from cardio to weights to strength training to even resistance and much more. The type of classes they offer are private (1 on 1) or group classes (each class is 60 minutes long). The training facility is completely outdoors and does not have any machines, this all involves tires, hammers and rocks. This is very old school and hard core due to trying to show my clients that you do not need fancy equipment to get proper results all you need is a goal and a good guide to achieve what you want with your health.

For their training classes please bring: a change of clothes (to change into after the workout), a bottle of water, gym gloves, a positive attitude and positive vibes.

First In Counter Group class ( 60 Minutes )
This was my first time going to George’s studio!! It’s exactly as described, an outdoor workout space. Great session to take after a long day of work. It’s a total body which incorporates different kinds of exercises. He’s got all sorts of training techniques and equipment like free weights, boxing bag, battle ropes and such. It was intense!! But you can modify. Definitely feel great afterwards.

Great Bootcamp, Better than my Expectations! The Owner/Master Trainer is very Knowledgeable and Experienced for his age and he pushes you hard with out being too intense! Major key! There were no prior reviews - so I booked this on a Friday night whim - Did not disappoint! Clean space/equipment, fantastic trainer, TWO THUMBS UP!
