More like CrossFit than kickboxing, but overall the workout was good.

The instructor was great. I was a newbie and he took the time to teach me and catch me up as much as possible. We jumped rope, did push ups, squats, and abdominal exercises, ran and did some boxing in the ring. I'd go back.

What is ClassPass?
