About this studio

Faith's Way Fitness is privately owned by NASM Certified Personal Trainer / Health Coach, WeWork Wellness Group Trainer, former NPC Bikini Body Builder and UFC Instructor, Beth Lasoff. Beth provides private personal training services, small group training, nutrition coaching and online programs to clients in search of assistance on their health and fitness journey. Beth caters every program to her clients individual goals, so no two workout plans are alike nor are the nutrition programs. Beth incorporates her large group training workouts into her programs for all clients and specializes in focusing on providing a plan that best fits the client's lifestyle that organically meets their goals.

How to get there

Class is located inside WeWork. Entrance is located on 69 Charlton Street via WeWork. We meet in the main lobby. Please contact Beth if you have difficulty finding the entrance location. Call/Text 607-592-4122.

Battle & Jump Ropes
Title of class a bit misleading. It is a circuit type workout. Battle ropes is one of the five stations. Good workout but you need to have an idea of what your doing. Class is too large for much individual attention.

There wasnt much Battle Roping in the class. I came for battle ropes not HIIT. The teacher was nice but there wasnt enough explanation and watching of form for such a big class. The space was small for the amount of people and stations. I really wish there was more battle ropes.....

I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that if it had not been a substitute trainer then it would have been better. The workout was not very well organized and I felt like there was a lot of waiting around. I found myself having to make the workout more challenging on my own. It did get better as the class went along though.
ROPE BURN
The instructor was great and I definitely got a good sweat in, but this is NOT in a normal studio or gym. You workout in Columbia University's WeWork start-up lab. The equipment and floors were quite filthy. Besides the poor facility/equipment, the class was good and the instructor was personable and friendly.

Beth left everyone in the class out of breath. It was a good workout. I will be back again!

What is ClassPass?
