About this studio

A Strength and Movement Training Center Feedback based training is an intelligent approach to teaching exercise. Their system employs the use of unique "out of the box" movements and tactile tools to teach clients body control. Proper alignment, muscle activation and stabilization are the keys to success when starting an exercise program. The "foundations" phase will teach core concepts to condition all the right muscles to move forward towards bigger goals. FFLD Strength and Movement's goal is for all their clients to push,pull,hinge,squat, lunge,carry and rotate. I really enjoyed this class! I didn’t know what to expect when walking in but everyone was very nice and it was a good workout. I will be back. Just a warning - the address on classpass is their old studio so make sure to google the right one!

I really enjoyed this class with Jesus and can’t recommend it enough. I’ve had such a great experience with Fairfield SMC with my first two classes and can’t wait to continue strengthening with them.

Drew was so awesome to work with and was more than willing to adjust the class intensity to fit my needs. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I really appreciated how she kept helping me correct my positioning/form - definitely a weakness of mine. Can’t recommend this class enough!

I enjoyed the challenge the total-body, compound exercises had on me. Thought Jesus was creative in his workout approaches, very encouraging & motivating. Id definitely try another TRX style training session here!
