How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

How to get there

Exhale Stamford is located on the corner of Washington Blvd and Atlantic St. There is a free parking lot adjacent to the studio – located on Atlantic St. The main entrance is located on 150 Washington Blvd. Once you enter, you’ll take the elevator to the 2nd floor.

I’m a yoga newbie. The class was very hard and everyone seemed as though they were professionals. After the first 30 minutes I was thinking omg I need to leave. I stayed though and am SO happy I did. I had to modify a few things. The instructor was great and I will go back hopefully I’ll be better.

Great instructor! Really takes time to get to know you personally, why you are attending the class, what you want to get out of it and any moderations you may need. Highly recommend - especially for beginners!

What a workout!! I know I’m a little out of shape but it was a killer!! The instructor was super nice and adjusted me when needed. Wish this place was worth less points because I would like to go more!

What is ClassPass?
