About this studio

Equilibrium Pittsburgh believes that Pilates is more than just a great workout. It is a way of life. They strive to create a welcoming and empowering environment where the mind and body are equally challenged to move towards increased awareness and vitality. Excellent training and experience are the foundation of their teaching philosophy. They believe that each client is unique in their fitness journey and strive to honor that by offering a variety of mind-body modalities. With a qualified instructor, Pilates benefits someone new to fitness or a seasoned athlete. It can be the next step after completing physical therapy for clients who have had joint replacements, back issues, other surgeries, injuries or diagnoses. It is an excellent cross training method for dancers and athletes. At Equilibrium, each class is an opportunity to learn healthy movement patterns which translate into balanced muscles, increased range of motion, freedom from pain and strength from the inside out. 724 940 4477

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Please remove your shoes at the door and you will work in socks with grippies or barefoot.

Equilibrium Pittsburgh's studio is located in Pine Township at 10925 Perry Highway in Wexford, Pennsylvania, just north of Pittsburgh. They are only a few minutes away from Cranberry, McCandless and Warrendale.

embodiYoga 45 min with Allie
Embodiyoga is a different type of class than Ive ever taken before. It seemed more like a guided meditation with slow movements, mostly on the ground. Very relaxing and not at all intense- perfect for a rest day or when you need to chill out. Great studio as well and Allie is a fantastic instructor.
