About this studio

EPIC Hybrid Training is an interval circuit training program that incorporates functional fitness. With fitness trends that come and go, EPIC concentrates on proven core values of training that breeds results. The EPIC program includes a foundation of body weight, cardio and strength training, plus a hefty dose of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and rounded off with mobility drills to recover and restore your body. This program has progressive levels so that anyone, no matter your fitness level, can partake in our hybrid training.

How to prepare

This is a barefoot training facility so you can leave your athletic shoes at home (Socks are optional). Please bring a water bottle and enjoy refills at the Flowater station. New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Late arrivals (five minutes after the start time) will be marked as "missed class" and cannot be admitted due to the complexity of the workouts. Located on 3rd Street between Townsend and Brannan Streets, just two blocks from AT&T Park and walking distance from King Street Caltrain station.

A great workout! This class is more focused on quality reps and form in the intervals - this month's workout used lots of kettle bells and some resistance bands. I'm definitely sore!

What is ClassPass?
