Sarah has great energy but I just don't feel like the workout is challenging enough. With 4 people in class and 7 stations, we were being spreaded out each station, and I sometimes forgot the workout to do (which is the point of coming to the class so that you can see what other people are doing and remind yourself) much prefer another studio in the same building Lol

Cassidy was great. Class is always changing up never a routine. So many levels that allow any person to still get a maximum workout in.

Good class. Except the part where they make you mop the floor at the end.

Good motivator. Would like to have had him help on form. No-shoes has slippery moments.
