How to prepare

You will want to wear clothes appropriate for the current weather as some of the workouts will be outside. Also bring water to keep yourself hydrated during your sessions. Arrive 10 minutes early if you can so that we can orient you appropriately and get your waiver taken care of. This experience is going to be very different from any other you've had at a gym so be prepared to be blown away!
