About this studio

At Empower they spark enthusiasm, motivation, and fun in their fitness classes to work the muscles and help give women the strength mentally, physically and emotionally for a healthier body and ultimately better quality of life. Empower is the enthusiasm of all the women who love being together apart of the workout journey! They offer a great variety of classes - Bootcamps, CardioCore, 8 Rounds (Kick/boxing circuit) Deep Barre, Slow Yoga Flow (co-ed), Power Yoga Sculpt, Revive Yoga (restorative - co-ed), TRX Force (weight circuit and using the TRX straps, HulaHoop and UJam Classes to meet everyone's needs. They also offer one-on-one Personal Training, the L250 Trainer, and the VersaSpa Automated Spray Tan. Come check them out, you will love working with their group and trainers!!!

How to prepare

Feel free to bring your own Yoga mat to any of the Deep Barre, Revive Restorative Yoga or Slow and Power Yoga Flow, or HulaHoop classes. Classes are for adults ages 16+. Adult classes are for women only, with the exception of all Yoga classes, they are co-ed.

How to get there

Their studio is inside the heart of the Lenox Village community, which is just off Nolensville Pike. There is plenty of street parking out the front.

She did great with the class but I prefer more movement through my poses and it’s a very still class.

Good beginners workout. I would not describe it as cardio and the barre portion was very basic.

The class itself was not my favorite, but the studio and instructor were great. I would be willing to try other classes here.

I enjoyed the class! Lots of energy. The instructor was super nice! I will be going back.
Deep Barre
I wish the instructor had a microphone! Overall Deep Barre was a good class. This class is considered "cardio barre" and had a lot of mat Pilates type of work before moving to the barre. Socks not required.
Bootcamp
I love this class!! Jen is great and the ladies are so welcoming! Such a great workout too.

What is ClassPass?
