About this studio

Elevate is a personal training quality workout in a group environment. Class is divided into two parts: (1) Strength and Mobility and (2) Cardio Conditioning. Utilizing free weights, water rowers, TRX trainers, airbikes and the best treadmills on the market (amongst other equipment), Elevate offers a new, unique workout every day with a different focus, allowing participants to stay engaged as they learn new skills and improve their fitness.

Elevate Interval Fitness classes

How to prepare

Wear athletic clothing, bring water, and athletic shoes. Also, we recommend a dry change of clothes for after. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in. If it is your first class, you must arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and a safety walk through.

How to get there

We are located half a block from the Waterfront Metro Stop at 301M Street SW. Our studio is street level with an independent entrance under our sign.

Classic HIIT with Breanna
I liked the class. It was definitely a good workout for someone like me who hasn’t worked out in some time. Everyone in the class and at the gym were very friendly and helpful. The class encourages team/partner work. The instructor was helpful, although as a first-timer it was a little challenging to follow along when I was with my treadmill group. Overall, a good workout and definitely looking forward to making progress with my fitness goals!

Jamiel was not friendly, played loud screaming music and could’ve been a lot more engaging since there were only 4 of us (3 remained after one person left half way through). Also, when you have towers and bikes, they should be incorporated into the class. Half the class shouldn’t be on treadmills. I wouldn’t recommend this class. My class with another instructor was significantly better.

What is ClassPass?
