Mask-wearing policies
El Noel Wellness will be requiring face masks for all guests and team members. We will be continuously updating our guest mask policy in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the State of New York and the Department of Public Health.
Extra sanitation
The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all areas will be increased to multiple times per hour. This includes common areas, treatment rooms and utility spaces. Environmental Protection Agency approved disinfectant will be used on surfaces and contact areas.
Limited capacity
All services are about appointment only!
Temperature checks
All attendees and staff members temperature will be checked as they enter the studio. Any person with a temperature reading higher than 100.4 degrees will be re-tested to confirm. If the reading is still high, guests and staff will be asked to return when their temperature declines.
