About this studio

Living by the mantra ‘Eat Well, Train Hard, Love Yourself’, Cheryl set up Eat Train Love to share this passion and help others cultivate healthy relationships with food and exercise. Classes with ETL are inclusive and progressive, so regardless of fitness level or ability, all are welcome. Exercises are taught safely with demonstrations of correct technique, progressions for those who wish to advance each movement or modifications for those with limitations such as injury, pre/post pregnancy or mobility issues. In line with ETL’s training philosophy, the aim is for everyone to have a positive fitness experience that is fulfilling, challenging and fun.

How to prepare

This is an Outdoor Bootcamp class. You will need shoes, an exercise mat or large towel, a sweat towel and water. If this is your first time attending class, please arrive 5 minutes early as latecomers will be given a 5 minute grace period only.

How to get there

Classes are held at different locations. Please ensure that you arrive at the correct one. Sweat Sesh DX is at Duxton Plains Park on Yan Kit Road (The Pinnacles at Duxton); Sweat Sesh MB is at the Promontory by Marina Bay next to Customs House and NTUC Building; Sweaty Bettys & Joes Bootcamp is at Botanic Gardens Tanglin Gate taxi drop off.

It was my first time attending this class. Instructions given was clear, did rotation. I like how i can be at my own pace still with a little push among the peers. Cheryl is a friendly instructor!

Cheryl is fantastic! So encouraging and so motivating. She works you hard and doesn't let you give up in the most supportive way. This class gave me the workout I needed and needed to experience in order to push myself further, and if has motivated me to come back. I've been sore for days - but it's worth it!

What is ClassPass?
