The address of the facility is 4003 Commerce Street, but the entrance to the parking lot is off of Exposition Ave. Follow directions to 620 Exposition Ave and you will find it!

Monday - lower focus. Squat and deadlift Tuesday - upper focus. Bench and dhp. Wednesday - conditioning Thursday - lower focus. Squat abs deadlift. Friday - upper focus. Bench and dhp. Saturday - conditioning Instructor was awesome. Took time to explain everything. Set schedule and you go at your pace. Nice old school gym feel.

What is ClassPass?
