Dynamic Fitness offers high-energy, unique, quality group fitness classes at studios near Dovercourt/Bloor steps from Ossington station, including FITPOP dance fitness, Tabata Bootcamp, LeBarre and many more! Run by Fitness Expert and Trainer MJ Shaw, Dynamic also offers private Personal Training (single & doubles) at her home studio steps from Lansdowne Station. Welcoming clients of all levels and fitness goals, Dynamic Fitness aims to create an open, passionate and educated environment where you will get fit and have a ton of FUN doing it!

MJ and her energy is infectious. I was smiling ear-to-ear the whole class. Loved all the music and the vibe was great. Felt comfortable as a non-dancer . Would recommend:)

Fun workout and great community. MJ is awesome.
Tabata Bootcamp at Luanda
Funny location for a bootcamp class, but it was an awesome 45 minute workout with a really fun teacher (MJ). There are 2 doors at Luanda, make sure you go in the one without people wearing heels :-)

This barre class was a way better workout than I thought it would be! High energy, great music, easy to follow, really good burn. Welcoming fun atmosphere.

So much fun, you don’t even realize you are burning mad calories. The other people that go are friendly and it’s a fun relaxed atmosphere, I was intimidated to go to something dance based because I haven’t danced in ages, but I had so much fun and it is open level.

Melissa-Jane was awesome - her instructor style was the perfect balance of cheerleader and realist, because dang that class kicked my butt but I was totally okay with it thanks to her! Lol

What is ClassPass?
