About this studio

Dragonfly Pilates is a fully-integrated Pilates studio with locations in Pittsburgh and Murrysville. Classes are designed to promote strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness to tone and energize the mind and body. No two bodies are alike; all of the sessions at Dragonfly Pilates are customized so that every experience is personal. All of their instructors are certified, thereby guaranteeing clients an in-depth, physically challenging and mentally stimulating Pilates experience with each lesson.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are best. Baggy clothes tend to hinder your practice.

I hate giving bad reviews but I should have listened to the earlier reviews that said this class wasnt good. It was not at all challenging and I am new to Pilates. Advertised as with Chelsie although she is no longer there. No suspension in my class. Disappointed.

Honestly a waste of my time. It was basically light stretching on a mat for an hour, and the instructor did a bad job of showing us proper form. In some cases, she just told us what to do rather than show us - so not good for beginners. Class promised suspension and orbit machine work, but all we did was may work. I didn't even break a sweat and I don't feel like I even worked out.

The instructor was really nice and the facility was great but it just wasn't my workout style, I would prefer something more intense! It was a more leisurely workout

Definitely a workout! The studio is gorgeous (and gets beautiful light), and the instructors/staff were so positive and nice. I would definitely come back.

What is ClassPass?
